Millionaire welcome back, I had wondered where you were, hope everything is ok.

Puppy no better, unfortunately we have steps front and back of house so she's been carried out for a wee tonight. Poor little madam is feeling rather sorry for herself. Was trying to check her after it happened but DP had to as she kept growling at me :( Going to see how she is tomorrow, wouldn't care but was going to get her insurance sorted next week aswell, never mind these things are set to test us.

She's made me decide for definate to get some sort of draught excluder for the door or something. There is about 2-3 inches between door and floor, I'm always catching my foot under it too.

:o I just sneezed all over the laptop screen, must mean living rooms a day overdue for dusting :rotfl: ewww!

    EBAY CHEAP LISTING DAY THURSDAY!!
One day I might be more organised...........

I must get some kind of blackout curtain for my room, getting a bit fed up with 5.15 starts when I could be lying in 'til 6.30..

Just had a quick catch up on the late shift folks postings. You all seem to be getting there, well done to the first and second week folks too. I haven't been doing it for too long but I think I've learned some new habits and not let things build up. As a consequence, I don't have much to do daily. I feel a bit cheated actually - it means I'll have to find other ways to spend my time!

Hi Denise, nice to see you back, sounds like you had a good break. Your postings keep the Fly thread running 24-7. Flyladies Never Stop should be the motto!

Since I'm up I think I'll do the ironing.
Have a useful day all, looks like it could be another sunny one.

Morning all! Welcome back DeniseNZ, was wondering to myself just last night where you had disappeared to. Glad you had a good time. :j

Shirleypark, no worries, one job at a time and before you know it, all will be well again. I don't know if I believe in Feng Shui, but I know for sure that when my house is clean, I feel so much better, so there may be something to it after all!! :D

Newmrslockwood, great stuff, don't be down on yourself. ;) Half done is one less half to do. I'd say you deserve a beer  .

Thanks to Nell2 and tracyg, the little madam must be putting her glad rags on, still no sign. Ho-hum.

Massive well done to stefejb, wilf and new mum - you just can't beat the satisfaction of a job well done! :D I know what you mean about this thread, if it weren't here, I'd be as lost as I ever was, swimming in clutter, dust and crumbs (crumbs especially are my bug-bear, they seem to gather near to me, like little fairies. :rotfl: Perhaps I should change my name to crumb queen).

Mermaid, I really can't wait! I don't mind the sleepless nights and poopy nappies, I just want to know that she's fit, healthy and here to stay. My mind can't rest until then.

Right, sorry if I've missed anyone, it is still rather early. Have a happy day's flying and enjoy yourselves. I'm going to stick some music on and shake my big, round booty to the beat!

    Morning all

Today is likely to be the last really productive day (although nowhere near as good as a lot of you) until next week  as it is w**k tomorrow and Friday with hopefully our friends arriving for the w/e Friday evening. Plus I am out tonight and tomorrow night :D

So I shall tackle more of iron mountain along with the list and keep my fngers crossed that this place is looking reasonable by the time they get here.

Maralum careful you don't shake too hard or your new lil girl will come out and look as though she has just got off a rollercoaster or waltzer! :rotfl:

What is she going to be called or is it a secret? Hope it happens soon for you ;)

Wow! For the first time in weeks I got out of bed and was actually able to step on carpet instead of climbing over a pile of clothes. I've really been struggling with housework lately - actually, I think it's fair to say that I was completely overwhelmed. But I've been having a go at one or two of the FlyLady tasks each day and it's made a real difference. Yesterday I cleared my bedroom floor (Level 1 vacuuming was too advanced for me!), changed my sheets, tidyed my make-up drawer (my "Hotspot") and organised my bedside table (another "Hotspot"). I even managed to have three sensible meals yesterday, which has to be a first. The only thing I haven't cracked yet is how to post properly on here. I can't get my text to come out in paragraphs and the advanced options (coloured texts, line through text etc) don't work. Don't suppose any of the FlyLadies can help me with that as well as helping me organise my life?!
