Hi, I lost over £50 after paying deposits on 2 apartments in Alderia Formosa in Portugal that never completed. I have been away and just returned to find a letter confirming that my claim has been successful and that I am to follow with some personal documents. It has taken 19 months so much longer than I was advised. How much did you loose? It took me a while to make my decision to proceed and to be honest it has been very stressful but so was my insurance claim for my caravan.
Hi Lisa, just got my letter which arrived last Monday. I desperately need this money before the New year as I have just returned from an owners meeting at my caravan site. They are saying that if we don't site another caravan we will loose our plot. I have been away trying to sort it with them but as you know the insurance claim didn't pay in full so we have to raise a lot more. The new premium will now be double due to it being higher risk. Have you heard from Markie or his wife? Please let me know as soon as you actually get the compensation so I can have an idea. Donna told me 8 weeks but lets see.0 -
I recieved a call first by a rude man going by the name of Spencer Fairchild who got very irritated at the fact that I did not receive his email. I had a second call from a Melinda Darcy who sent a vague email but could not answer any of my questions. After reading so many bad comments on this company I will not be dealing with them. When I asked about fees she gave me some waffle about laws. They are also listed on the FCA as an unregistered company. If she callls again i will string her along to see how far she will go.0

Hi there,
I used to be a member of Inside Track and have been cold called by Delta Litigation, who have offered to put a claim through for money I paid to Inside Track for the course I attended, 2 years of Platinum membership, disparity of rental income to that which was quoted by Inside Track. Apparently the directors of Inside Track have had their assets frozen by the Spanish government and claims can be made against this.
The lady I spoke to, was very well spoken and very believable. I googled the company and found a professional looking website. I contacted the company through the website and had confirmation that this individual did work for them.
The fee structure is very similar to that highlighted in the post below relating to FastLine (who according to the person I spoke to at the FCA are on their scam warning list). There is about £600 of up front admin fees to cover notary, court costs and translation of documents. There is then a 5% fee commission payable upon receiving a reward.
I contacted a group that I found that had been set up by disgruntled ex Inside Track investors and got the following message back:
Warning - BEWARE Inside Track "Claims Firms" Fastline Legal Services and Delta Litigation – if they try and call you report them to Police or FCA
We know they are adopting high pressure sales techniques cold calling former Inside Track Victims
Sadly they are a boiler room scam operating outside of the UK in Spain. The FCA have placed warning alerts – see below.
If they try to contact you, you should ask for names of the person who has called you – inform me and alert the Police.
Fastline and Delta Litigation are most likely connected to one or more of Inside Tracks Directors - who were based in Spain and retained the data base.
Jim Moore Chairman of Inside Track sold the IAP data-base to himself before he place Inside Track and Instant Access Properties into administration!!! He thus effectively gained control of Members contact details which he could then use for his own purposes.
Within a week of my sending out 3,000 warning emails warning to fellow members about Fastline – Delta Litigation popped up under another a new name.
You should report them to the police and FCA.
I am shocked that a company could operate in such a manner, targeting individuals who had already lost a significant amount of money. Maybe they feel we are suckers and are easily parted from our cash and therefore open to further abuse.
Anyway, would love to hear from anyone else who has been contacted by Delta about compensation relating to Inside Track.BilstonWriter wrote: »Hello everybody
I've been provided a link to this thread by Melinda D'Arcy of Fastline Legal Services, Malaga, in an email she sent me following a call she made to me last week. She said she'd included the link so I can check the credentials of Fastline via customers' comments here.
Her call took me by surprise. I've had no contact with either her or Fastline before this, but she seemed to have her facts in order regarding the claim she said we (myself and my wife) were entitled to make.
We took up membership with Instant Access Properties and attended a seminar delivered by their sister company, Inside Track Seminars. Fastline (Melinda) told me we were entitled to make a claim for our membership fees, the cost of attending the seminar, and 5% of the purchase price for the first three years of ownership of any property bought through their company, provided we could prove our expenditure with these companies. This would total around £29,000, and, with the financial situation we're currently in, which is and has historically been perilous since we made this investment, such an amount of money would significantly reduce though not solve altogether our problems.
Melinda told us about their 5% commission payable upon our receiving any award, as well as upfront costs, which she described as being in the hundreds and not thousands.
She explained Instant Access and Inside Track (and, later, Instant Access Global) operated under an umbrella company based in Spain, and therefore the Spanish government decided to act on the owners of the company, and that a pot of money has been set aside for successful claims. She told us there would be no case as such. In her words, "We won't throw mud at the wall in the hope it will stick." All we would need to do is to send the appropriate documents for their free assessment service, and if there is a legitimate claim they would pursue it. If there isn't sufficient evidence to support the claim, they wouldn't take the case on.
I suppose I wondered if anyone here had any dealing with Fastline in relation to Inside Track or Instant Access Properties. Or if anyone can vouch for their being genuine or true to their word, as I'm deeply suspicious now. Older and wiser and all that.
I thank anyone in advance who might offer advice.
Regards

I was contacted by Delta Litigation today 26/02/2015. They claimed that there is a pot of money available for past investors with Instant Access to make a claim for compensation. So, we were to send out all relevant documents, have them assessed by their team. If deemed a possible claim, we would pay them fees to begin the process with the courts for compensation.
So from previous posts, I gather this Laura Redwood from Delta is just carrying out a scam against previous Instant Access investors.
I queried with her if they had any successful claims so far and she said that they were all in the queue but not settled yet.0 -
I was also contacted by Delta Litigation back in early Feb (Theresa Lawson). At the time I looked on the internet to see if there was any further information on them as my first thought was SCAM!
Having found nothing I had further discussions with them and was advised that the only up front costs would be translation and notary costs which would be paid to a separate company. I was assured that this payment would be recovered in my compensation and would also be refunded by Delta Litigation if my claim was unsuccessful.
As a result I have since sent over a series of documents in relation to training costs, memberships fees and property purchase costs.
Within a week I received an email detailing my potential claim against Instant Access/Inside Track and was advised that I would need to cover just over £1000 of translation costs.
Having gone back into the 'this must be a scam' mindset again I have come across this thread of conversation and was obviously concerned.
I have since contacted the Financial Conduct Authority who have said they would not be registered with them on the basis that they are offering Legal Services not financial. They could not find anything on their system showing anything negative or positive about Delta Litigation.
They subsequently advised me to speak to the Claims Management Regulator who again advised it was not their jurisdiction. My final call was to the Financial Ombudsman but again they couldn't advise who would regulate such an organisation.
I am obviously now in a quandary as I have received request for payment from Delta Litigation, which interestingly is to be paid to Litigation Services S.L (not Delta)! I am am currently awaiting an email response from Litigation Services to ascertain their affiliation with Delta. My other quandary is that with the court hearing being predicted as 10-12 months away any cover my credit card will afford me will have long expired!
I will keep you posted on my progress/findings0 -
Just a quick update for any one interested. I have received a response for Litigation Services S.L. They are actually the parent company of Delta Litigation and based in the floor above their offices.
They noted that as Litigation Services they specialise in misselling claims overseas e.g. time-share etc, whereas Delta Specialise in investment claims.
I was contacted again by Delta today to check I had received the email requesting payment although I managed to avoid the conversation as I had a meeting to attend.
I would really like to here from somebody who has taken the plunge and made a claim as I was advised by Theresa that they have so far had 112 successful claims out of 113 (one person passed away during the claim period and hence could no longer pursue!?).
One half of me is saying run-away, the half is telling me to risk a further 1k (drop in the ocean compared with what I have already spent) in the hope that there may be some truth in all the letters and emails and maybe one day will get some of money back.
Hopefully here of somebody soon (anyone have a contact in the Inside track Members group?)0 -
Hello, I just found this thread and thought I would let you know that I also have been contacted by Delta litigation with regards to a MRI claim that I can make. I went back to them with all the relevant paperwork and now waiting to hear back. I'm obviously concerned this is a scam and I will not be paying any money upfront for translation services or anything else. Will keep you posted. would appreciated the same.0
