I am so pleased that your compensation has arrived. Again it seems to have taken longer so I may be looking at Christmas?? I hope Mark is discharged soon would love to know that he is in recovery. Tell him that I did get a payout from my insurance claim but it was a pittance really but there we go. look forward to hearing soon.0

I am so delighted that your compensation came through. Did you get the full amount? How is Markie? Is there a way that we can send our wishes to him? I say my prayers that he will recover soon.
Hi Carol, Insurance companies never pay out what they should. another area that should have tighter control??
I received an update on my case today. Frustratingly slow!! I asked Donna if she knew anymore about the investigation in Florida on MacAnthony. They have not instigated a Court case yet but the state prosecutor has had over 800 complaints that they are still looking into. I hope they wipe the smile off his face.
I hope that I get my money soon.0 -
I came on board with this company in September 2013 to recover the money I paid to Emerging Equity Group for a stake in some American shares that turned out to be worthless. I have today received some documents confirming that compensation is to be awarded from the Malaga Court in Spain that I have to sign and send back with ID in January. It looks as though my payment will also be in euros. My lady legal adviser said that I can expect to wait another 6 to 8 weeks. I also came on board with this company for the money I lost to Natrocell Group again they are worthless shares but have not heard about that yet. I think the cases take different amounts of time. Has anyone else lost money to Natrocell?
Hi, sounds as though we are on the same boiler room list. I stupidly got sucked into buying worthless shares from Emerging Equity Group and FastLine Legal acted for me and has already got back my money back for that one. All in all that case only took 7 months. I also lost money to Natrocell, Smart Technology and Goldcoast Financial but I am still waiting to hear on those. I think you are right they do take different amount of times. I signed up in August last year. I only lost £2,000 to Natrocell but more than £50,000 to the others. They kept coming back to me stating that they had had a good offer for my shares but I had to give a bond but of course the sale never existed. FastLine Legal told me that this boiler room group made 43 million out of scamming people. Let me know when Natrocell pays out and I will if I get mine first. I would also like to hear from others that paid the same companies as me.0 -

It took just over 18months in total but we are happy in the end. Mark is still in hospital but hopes to come out in a few weeks and asked me to wish Lisa, Carol and Reg luck with your payout and says that he will write as soon as he can. Please keep in touch Kim
Best to Mark and everybody. I really would appreciate some guidance from those who have succeeded.
Thanks.

Hi everyone! I'm new to this site too. I've been approached by Fastline Legal who are asking for £600 for translation fees in order to proceed with a claim against MRI. I am very reluctant to part with any more money so am wondering if anyone can give me some advice/reassurance that Fastline are ok to deal with please? Also praying for biggmarkie to get well very soon.0

I've been contacted by Fast Line Legal today. I have no idea where they get my details from.
I lost approx. £15k in deposit to MRI and had written it off years ago.
Today brought it all back, however after a google search this company seems to be a scam and the FCA has them listed as a dodgy company.
I don't think I'll bother communicating with them any more.0 -

Hi Carol & Big Markie. I received an up date today. Looks like I will be getting some documents from the Court to sign early November. Donna said this is the final stage. Just going to hold my breathe for now.
How are you Markie? I have been checking regularly to hear how you are getting on with your treatment? Did you send me a private message as a notice appeared when I logged in, but my pop up blocker stopped it and I am not sure how to retrieve it?
William20, there are several letters on this site from people who have received compensation! This thread has 4 pages and another thread has 2. (there's 2 directly above your letter)They are not all from MRI claims, various, and some which say they had problems but got there in the end?
Hi Carol, have you heard anything yet. Did you go ahead before me?0 -
Hello everybody
I've been provided a link to this thread by Melinda D'Arcy of Fastline Legal Services, Malaga, in an email she sent me following a call she made to me last week. She said she'd included the link so I can check the credentials of Fastline via customers' comments here.
Her call took me by surprise. I've had no contact with either her or Fastline before this, but she seemed to have her facts in order regarding the claim she said we (myself and my wife) were entitled to make.
We took up membership with Instant Access Properties and attended a seminar delivered by their sister company, Inside Track Seminars. Fastline (Melinda) told me we were entitled to make a claim for our membership fees, the cost of attending the seminar, and 5% of the purchase price for the first three years of ownership of any property bought through their company, provided we could prove our expenditure with these companies. This would total around £29,000, and, with the financial situation we're currently in, which is and has historically been perilous since we made this investment, such an amount of money would significantly reduce though not solve altogether our problems.
Melinda told us about their 5% commission payable upon our receiving any award, as well as upfront costs, which she described as being in the hundreds and not thousands.
She explained Instant Access and Inside Track (and, later, Instant Access Global) operated under an umbrella company based in Spain, and therefore the Spanish government decided to act on the owners of the company, and that a pot of money has been set aside for successful claims. She told us there would be no case as such. In her words, "We won't throw mud at the wall in the hope it will stick." All we would need to do is to send the appropriate documents for their free assessment service, and if there is a legitimate claim they would pursue it. If there isn't sufficient evidence to support the claim, they wouldn't take the case on.
I suppose I wondered if anyone here had any dealing with Fastline in relation to Inside Track or Instant Access Properties. Or if anyone can vouch for their being genuine or true to their word, as I'm deeply suspicious now. Older and wiser and all that.
I thank anyone in advance who might offer advice.
Regards

Im in the process of considering to make a payment to fastline legal services in spain. Who say they can recover a deposit i made to mri in 2007. I have read a lot of comments, but no one specifically saying the amounts involved that they have received. Is any one out there who as been successful prepared to give a phone number so that people like myself could feel more convinced that fastline are legitimate.0
