Has anyone actually got any compensation through fastline?

Hi Carol, yes they eventually approved my claim against MRI for misrepresentation and I am more than happy with my calculated compensation. I signed up in September as I needed to raise the cost of translation and Court registration first. I am so ecstatic about getting some money back at last but some people are saying theirs took longer than a year to receive compensation, I bet, with my luck, that mine will take longer. The company that I used here before, on a no win no fee, seems to have disappeared! Probably due to lack of success and failure to keep clients updated. I get calls from this type of company almost daily but they are just claims people, not solicitors or lawyers, that seem to be taking a chance on whether they are equipped, or not, to handle the case.
How is your claim progressing? I read your post and agree that the wait is agonising. Hi Big Markie, how are you, how is your claim progressing?

Did you pay an upfront fee to translate documents into spanish?

Hi Browneyes, yes I have paid the translation. That's why it took me a while to sign up. In order for the judge to examine the evidence all the emails, contracts and proof of payments have to be translated to Spanish. Its the translator who charges for the amount of work not Fastline Legal Services. Do you have a case and is it also MRI. If so have you paid for translation? I didn't sign up until it was confirmed that I had enough in the way of evidence and reading the other posts I think that everyone else did the same. My only gripe is that it seems to take longer to get the compensation than what they tell you. I will definitely be monitoring the timescale but I'm not stuck worrying about how to keep paying a mortgage as I didn't complete. MRI gave me the run around after I found that after 18 months they still hadn't started building so I wanted a refund but they wouldn't even discuss it. MRI became abusive and threatening so I am claiming my 2 payment deposit and some extras. I signed to a company here first and they promised to get an out of Court settlement but nothing happened. They were called CPC Holdings and I think that they were acting for MRI to keep people like me from claiming through a Spanish lawyer. I will keep updating.

Thanks my claim is with incentive leisure group and Designer way vacation club, fastline legal services has said we have a case but we are skeptical as we have paid upfront fees before and got scammed yet again. They seem to know what they are talking about and are not trying to get us to buy anything!! But do not take this the wrong way but how do i know your real? !!!!

Hi Brown Eyes. How do I know that you are a real person? I have not been asked to buy anything but I do not know who the property agent is in your case. My property was never built so that means, as long as the proof stands up, that I am entitled to all of my money back. I had no other choice but to go ahead as there is no other way of recovering my money. Have you checked the lawyer details, I did and more. Good luck with your case.

Where are they getting the money from for settlements?

Who here thinks they are able to get a result for us victims of MRI and is there any proof or track record that they can get settlements?
