Hello Markie. Yes I think it was the last document that I signed. They failed to tell me that the Court had changed its rules on the currency payout and I got a shock to loose some on the conversion which annoyed me as I have arranged to pay off the mortgage, that incidentally was also miss sold to me!!! I have another case that I am reluctantly considering giving them as I've spoken to 2 other legal companies, who were both happy to take the case, but they want a retainer upfront as well as costs with same timescale, but I thought that Fastline lawyer took too long and I told them as much? good luck with the hospital treatment.

hello Markie, how are you? I had to read your comment twice! You said that the treatment is not working? I am not sure what to write, are you saying that you have a terminal illness or that they cannot relieve your suffering for a long term problem? I will say my prayers for you. I have just received another up date, I think that I will be looking more at September or October with any luck. please let me know how you get on

I've just joined this forum as I came across it while researching fastline. From reading many posts I now realise the extent to this firm have been contacting disgruntled MRI investors. Registro legal first contacted me several months ago. I was given extremely positive news. Was there a glimmer of hope still possible in this Bulgarian nightmare? £200 was paid and all documents sent for evidence. Once registro legal were happy with evidence , I was then contacted by fastline. Now I'm told that compensation is without doubt. They have basically a pot of mcantony assets and it only a matter of time! However as not previously mentioned they now need a further £834 to get translation and notary etc. I'm now very worried. Is this another scam?? Advice great fully accepted..

Its not a scam I paid for my case preparation costs, over £2,000, and in all fairness did get that back. But I did get annoyed with them as I was assured that they would keep me updated but I felt that I did nothing but chase them. They always said that a letter had been sent then it would arrive 1-2 weeks later. The biggest problem was that it took almost 2 years and I lost quite a bit on conversion and bank commission. I did take this up with a few choice words with them, as I had it all in writing, and they said certain changes are out of their control. I think that from the others that got their money that it really does take 2 years but they don't want to tell you that in case you don't want to use them but they did not delay in sending the legal bill, that arrived right on time. I got compensation from 1 property that was never finished in Spain that was sold to me by Instant Access SL and after much deliberation have now authorised them for the other property also unfinished in Florida, paid £1,104 this time, but I have already got back about 20% of what I lost from the Escrow account so on that one so they are lodging my claim for the remainder. Have you not checked out your lawyer with them. the lawyer should be on the Register of lawyers? Good luck get ready for a long run.

I have an ongoing claim with Fast Line but I did do some checks, and they sent everything in writing, before I paid. It took a while and I had to get further receipts before they agreed a claim. Unlike Reg, I have received updates and I am expecting to hear some time in September as to when I will receive my money. I am happy with everything so far but am warned of the timescale! MacAnthony is a crook, he took my money from my late husbands life policy and spent it on luxury holidays and personal property. I got nothing. He ignored my emails and now I just about keep up with paying my bills. I cannot wait for the day that my money gets back into my bank account. I hope that man gets prosecuted in Florida where he hides.

Cheers for the advice. Sounds quite positive news. After 7 years nearly, im sure i could wait another year as long as case was successful. Appears to be worth the gamble.

I came on board with this company in September 2013 to recover the money I paid to Emerging Equity Group for a stake in some American shares that turned out to be worthless. I have today received some documents confirming that compensation is to be awarded from the Malaga Court in Spain that I have to sign and send back with ID in January. It looks as though my payment will also be in euros. My lady legal adviser said that I can expect to wait another 6 to 8 weeks. I also came on board with this company for the money I lost to Natrocell Group again they are worthless shares but have not heard about that yet. I think the cases take different amounts of time. Has anyone else lost money to Natrocell?

I did not explain properly. The Court hearing was in January but I did not receive my confirmation notice until this week so it took the Court 6 months. Now it will still take 8 weeks. I would still like to speak to others that had relation to Natrocell?

Hello. I am the wife of Mark and he asked me to write our report. We finally received our settlement from Macanthony case today. It took just over 18months in total but we are happy in the end. Mark is still in hospital but hopes to come out in a few weeks and asked me to wish Lisa, Carol and Reg luck with your payout and says that he will write as soon as he can. Please keep in touch Kim
