Does anyone know of anywhere reliable in SE or central London that I can get a couple of SE290i phones unlocked? One is locked to Orange, the other to Orange France. The latter will do it for free after 6 months anyhow so am most interested in a safe unlock for the UK one. Tried to buy a cable on the internet but the company says they can't help me

please pm me if don't want to put name of shops or stalls on the site

I input the above code given to tracy1 into my phone 'cos I got a siemens CL75 locked to virgin too. When I input the first line of the code it says "invalid password". Did it twice incase i'd mis-typed. Bear with me if i'm dim but are the codes generic or individual to the IMEI number???
(Got really excitied 'cos I thought I was eventually gonna unlock the bloomin thing!)

Put the first line of code in (starting with **), it says "sim mep lock failed". Does that mean it's dead?
