Hi Rach
Dont buy the code for £15, go on ebay and buy the x640 unlocking clip, they go for £7 (p+p included), all you do is connect it to the bottom of your phone and turn on the phone, 2 seconds later the phone is unlocked, then put the clip back for sale on ebay and you will get your money back for it resulting in a free unlock.0 -

There is a method knocking about but you have to do it every time you turn your phone on and I've never tested it.
What I suggest you do is buy the unlocking clip off ebay (£8 postage included) unlock it yourself which is very easy to do (plug clip in,power on phone and phone is unlocked) then resell the clip on ebay and get your money back resulting in a free unlock !0 -
