Fantastic news on the job. What's "the other side of the wall"? Would you be working, and therefore living close to your dream destination? MTx

    Thanks MT

Yes, I'd be much further north... so getting to the places I love would only take a half day rather than the current minimum of a full day and usually a day and a half. And I could get to the coast really quickly, if not already living there :D

Right, I have been brave and almost completed my shuffle... all receipts in and balances checked. I still need to sort out what has and hasn't been paid for some appointments so am putting that off til tomorrow, but hopefully the category budget will more than cover it as I can't make two weeks of this month. Just put in an electric reading which is hideous so will probably have to up the direct debit or pay chunks off that too. I've also cancelled an ongoing bill for the business that never happened, which made me a bit sad but there is no way I will have time for it with the new job. Oh, and the money for my extra contract came through, thank goodness, so it's tax money is now put aside.

I still need to check over my credit reports, so will do that some time over the weekend.

£25 of vouchers from the CC used in W'rose. £10 Arg05 still in my purse, to be used towards storage boxes.

In short the situation is still that March's money is spoken for, and I'm not even halfway through it yet! Still figuring out how plans need to change with the new job offer - going to have a chat with local estate agents tomorrow. Fortunately no expensive plans for the rest of the month... hoping to just spend time sorting house stuff til I feel a bit more organised!
