Flight Delay Compensation, Lufthansa Only

I got a feedback from Lufthansa. They claim the delay was the result of Air Traffic Flow Management restrictions at that time.
What can I do?
Cheers
Continue your claim as that is not an 'EC', which would give them an excuse not to pay.
LHR always has flow control restriction due to it running close to capacity, it's the norm.
You can claim €600 p/p, via EC261 regs, but not for consequential losses.

Hi
I had return flight back from Munich that was cancelled due to technical problems whilst taxiing to the runway. Lufthansa put me up in a hotel for the night in Munich and provided a different flight the following day.
I have written a complaint to Lufthansa for compensation and although I have the details of the flight that was originally cancelled, I don't have the details for the alternative flight that I was put on the following day. Of course, Lufthansa are requesting these flight details and I don't have them, is there anything that I can do ? Surely on their system they would have a log of who travelled and on what flight ?
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
Many thanks in advance.
Kind Regards, Gavin0 -

If you have all your original flight details, that should suffice. All the details they require are within their system so they are just being awkward. As they made the alternative arrangements for you they can hardly expect you to have the booking details.
If they won't see reason, ask them to refer your claim to Sop, their appointed ADR provider. Found here...

When did this occur? Yes, you are correct, Lufthansa should have your details if it was in the last few years.
Do you have any email confirmation of the re-booked flight?
If they continue to play silly !!!!!!s, threaten with a SAR, they may encourage them to cooperate. If not, then issue an SAR on them. It will cost £10 (although that does become free in 2018 sometime, not sure when), but will be a real headache for them.If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide

How recently is this? Flight numbers tend not to change to much so if you know approximately when you travelled it shouldn't be too hard to take an educated guess at the flight number. If you post more details someone in here may be able to give suggestions.0 -

How could I approach this?
Should i just email again and quote the figure and say they should treat this as ''Letter before action'' ?

Google and then download 'vaubans guide'. It's very informative and contains an example LBA.
It contains lots of background info that you will need, once you start to pursue the airline yourself.
