  • OK folks...this will probably be my last post on the subject. I think a lot of you have misunderstood what I have said. When I say we have access to the account I mean that we have a web page where we can upload the tickets given and we can also see if they have been paid or not. I have outlined the situation very accurately although I haven't gone into the impact of unauthorised parking on the other users of the spaces or the effect it has had on their personal lives or businesses. I do not crave your approval. For those of you who have accused me of lying, I do wonder how you conduct yourselves in your daily lives. Y'all have a nice day now.

So you are wasting your life issuing fake PCNs...which CANNOT lead to bailiffs without Court cases being won (very, very rare). You have believed everything the PPC said haven't you, bet you even think you are issuing real fines, bet they said that cases go the 'the bailiffs' when they mean 'debt collectors'...ahem...in fact that means sending some useless letters only, not sending the boys round!

I can just see you all rushing out there with your cameras and checking 'your account' to see how many scamograms have been slapped on cars that week and how many idiotic, scared victims paid up. What a sad, pathetic and frankly stupid thing for residents to get involved in around their own home car park - because it's your visitors, your relatives, friends and delivery drivers, services, taxi drivers, on-call health professionals, doctors/nurses etc. who will be getting these fake fines.

Yet you say it like it's a good thing.

What a pointless way for residents to spend their life, carrying out the dirty/hard work for a scammer. But then again it's not as if a Pompey fan has anything else less pointless going on locally.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I am in portsmouth next week.

Can I have your car park address so I can come and park in this car park, get a ticket then wait one of your famous solicitors:)

  • Agree PB has a point, must be annoying and seem really unfair that people say, dont pay, dont pay etc etc etc. In his case it is fair to enforce, even then his space is still being used by an inconsiderate person! and the parking firm gets the money if they pay up........

Well previously I had said that I probably would not carry on with this thread but I wonder about a couple of these hardcore refuseniks and their posts.
In quoting Ms.Petulant Frenzy above I would like to point out that we, the residents and businesses who pay for the spaces decide who gets the tickets. Contractors, health professionals and various providers providing a service for us do not get fines so you don't need to worry about them. The people who get the fines are the same people that are telling everyone on these threads not to pay and like I said, the majority are paid whatever misleading information is posted here.

Like the fact that they are 'fines' for example?

  • Blimey....a reply within seconds of my post. Have you not got anything else to do? What is your angle on this Mr.Red?
