I suppose you were born and then completely skipped childhood and became an adult immediately? ;)

No, but then I had attentive parents that took me to the park and on trips - rather than putting me in a carpark whilst they sat back enjoyed a cuppa.

Shoving kids out to play in a parking area is lazy parenting - and selfish by being inconsiderate to the noise levels created for other residents.

Eh, actually you ARE inflicting your kids on him... kids make noise and noise travels in open air... I bet he never anticipated having loads of kids playing in a parking area - the clue is in the name - a parking area!

Here's a novel idea, use your garden or get off your backside and walk them to a suitable park rather than using a car park - again the clue is in the name - it's for cars!

Of course kids make noise - it's their job - I wouldn't want to listen to hoards of screaming kids for hours on end whilst their parents do nothing but watch on supping tea.

You clearly forgot the part where you're supposed to read other posts, love.
Firstly, the day he came to view his new house, the kids were outside playing, so he knew exactly what he was in for.
Secondly, the parks within walking distance are full of ASBO-deserving kids who kick footballs at younger kids like mine.
Thirdly, our kids often use the back garden for football, and to use the swings, slide, see-saw, trampoline, basketball hoop and climbing frame we purchased.
Finally, it's not always possible to take my son further away to play, such as when my youngest is having a nap etc.
our end of the car park containing the parking spaces which my neighbour and I pay for (about 10m x 10m) is at the end of the cul-de-sac, far enough away from his house to not affect him.
Also, even if I take my son to the local usable park where there are no teenagers, it's all grassy and hilly, so pretty cack for riding bikes/playing on scooters.
Perhaps you should remove that stick from your backside and understand that not everyone has such impeccable local play areas as you were fortunate enough to have access to.

Don't make assumptions about me based on the fact that every so often I dare to let my child play outside with the other kids when he says "mommy, can I ride my bike outside with next door?"
If I said no, I'm sure you'd be whining an saying "what a pants mom, not letting her child interact with other kids"

I do hope you don't have any children of your own.

Really, he should be parking in his parking space...

If he parked fully on the road, he'd be likely to lose a wing mirror as he'd be blocking the road.

However, we all pay for our own individual parking spaces, so where does he feel he earns to right to donut or skid through them when they're vacant? To the point where he complains when it's occupied because he nearly hit the car that was parked there. Apaprently, I shouldn't let other people use my parking space, as it's mine and mine alone. Think I may remind him of that and go ape next time he has visitors...

He doesn't have the right, I was trying to point out what might be going through his mind certainly not condone it!

...and he'd prefer your kids to play in a designated play area or in their own garden...
