If the date given by the op is correct, these are the aircraft movement timings.

    FR8386. Dep STN 14.55 Arr PMI 17.05
    FR8387. Dep PMI 18.00 Arr STN 20.20

No diversion or delay during those flights so any delay must have been caused earlier in the day.

Prior to these flights the aircraft operated to and from Tallinn, roughly as scheduled.

That makes sense as Bott says the flight was delayed less than 3 hours. I wonder if the poster has the date mixed up.

I tracked the plane on the way back; it wasnt given a call sign and went by the aircraft id: RYR720. We arrived 3hrs 18m late.

Can i use a NWNF irish solicitors? If BOTT arent taking new ones on?

    Hi,

    Something is not right here.

From the details you have supplied the flight was operated by tail reg. EI-EKV (RYR8QR) FR8387 28/2/18 which was 1hr 11min late!!

Can you double and treble check the details, as we cannot join the dots.

    Good luck.

And you have already claimed from and been rejected by Ryanair? If so, the options are the same - either take legal action or go through Bott and Co. As far as I can tell, they are willing to take on the case.

Good luck and keep us posted.
  • ADR have ruled the draft determination in my favour, but Ryanair have challenged the decision, how long am i likely to have to wait for the aviation adr adjudicator to come to a final decision ?

There should be a deadline listed on your file although you can add a few weeks to that IME.
