Standard reply or not you are most likely due compensation (use on line NWNF form possibly to check) - "occurred on a previous sector" - Ryanair problem should not be your problem.

Recently sent Ryanair a NBA. They replied with a compo offer that I was willing to accept so I gave them my bank details via web link. Got a reply to this saying payment would be made within 28 working days. This is not up yet but just wondering if they don't pay do I have to send another NBA or can I go straight to next step of filling in the ESCP forms?

Would the Tardis come under the umbrella of the European Regulations as it is a time machine not an aircraft. Maybe the regs should be changed for future proof technology which also encompass time machines, what do you think.

Was your flight actually 3rd July 2016??? EUclaim.co.uk say you are probably due €400 compensation. Try Bott&co and see what they say
