Flight stats shows a delay of 185 min as does Luton airport arrivals stats. I have attached these to the original claim online but they seem to have ignored it all0

Yes double checked....176mins late was actual runway time and gate arrival 185 minutes late.
So I have a claim0 -
Double checked.
Actual runway arrival delay 176 minutes
Actual gate arrival delay 185 minutes
Therefore I have valid claim?0 -
As long as the delay was not caused by an extraordinary circumstance you are due compensation of 400 euro per passenger if you flew from Malta. Issue Ryanair with a Letter before action give them 14 days then if you get no joy start court proceedings or pass it on to a NWNF solicitor. Don't play ping pong with them.

Thank you will do.0

We travelled in 2013 and had a delay of over 4 hours due to lack of staff to man the plane. When we wrote to them, they said we were not entitled to any compensation (we used a template from this site too). Late last year, we went to Bott and Co, who have secured us £131 each after they have taken their fee and percentage. This was more of a principle thing for me. They are getting away with not paying many claims.0

Flew from Barcelona to Manchester today. Flight was over three hours late leaving and dead on three hours late arriving at the gate (but only 2hrs51 late at the runway). Do I have a claim for compensation? Any info would be greatly appreciated, as I've never done this before.

The time is taken when the doors open not when it gets to the stand.0

Even better, then!0

Hello MSE, To cut a long story short I used Resolver and then received an Email from RA saying they have accepted my claim for a delayed flight and compensation will be posted in due course. Four weeks have passed so I need to know:
1, how long is acceptable before the next step?
2, what is that next step?
3, is this information easily available on MSE or this forum because I just can't find it?
Thanks in advance, Tim0
