    They finally paid hallelujah!

A good result just a shame it took sooo long.

    Well done:beer:

Thanks, I couldn't have done it without you all :D

Soz I forgot to say it earlier due to my excitement. All the very best to everyone with ongoing claims, don't give up, ever!

EuClaim says you are not due compensation. What was the reason for your delay?

Asked for £2124, got awarded £2136 (change in interest rate) and today, THREE Months after CEDR found in my favour, and TWO months after the payment deadline, the money arrived in my account. They decided to pay £2100.48. Be gone Tui, and never darken my door again.

TUI have just rejected my claim (made via Resolver) stating that the delay was due to Crew Flight Time Limitations which is outside of its control. I don't think this is a valid reason as surely TUI should have sufficient crew to cover for any limitations? Any views on this? In case anybody else was on this flight it was on

Unlikely to be a valid excuse. That is an operational decision. You have to bear in mind that the airlines will do anything to avoid a valid (and legally obligating) payout. Upto and including complete misinformation, untruths and lies.
Take everything they say with a large pinch of salt.
