They're also asking for the case to be shifted to Luton County Court due to their witnesses being essential to the operation of the business.
I have it on good authority from one of their barristers that Thomson's witnesses do not attend Court anyway.
Have you sent your Directions Questionaire back yet? Sample Box D1:
Claimants request to use 'Yourlocalcourt'. Claimants are private individuals, Defendant is a company. 'Yourlocalcourt' is the nearest convenient Court for the Claimants. This link shows details of a Ryanair delay period due to a birdstrike ..... if Ryanair (not known for looking after their customers!) can sort out an alternative then other airlines should follow suit.
