Matter has now finished, Judges have commented it is a complex case and it may be some time before the judgment is ready.0

How long do you reckon "some time" would be? Days, Weeks, Months, Years?
No doubt made more complex by Thomsons Horse Manure in court.0 -

I thought Thomson's barrister was very effective. And I almost understood none of what was being said ...0 -
Face it Lord Prof - you're a delay compo junkie - a super "fix" at court. Intoxicated with the dullicit tones of complex legalese...If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide

Advice please would be much appreciated.
I have been pursuing a claim with Thomson for a First Choice delay from July 2007. They keep declining inspite of the Regulator in Madrid (equivalent of our CAA) stating that we are entitled to 400 euros per passenger x 5.
Have written to the MD and still using the Montreal Convention excuse. Is there any point pursuing through a claim company given that the claim is so old? Or should I continue my battle given that MSE states you may claim back as far as 2005? Seems a shame to miss out when regulator has ruled I have a case..0 -

Unfortunately too late - forget it and just remember their attitude when you next consider booking with Thomson.0
