So where does Watchdog leave everyone. I notice some comments have appeared on the Thomson Facebook page from 2 year limited customers and Thomson have replied basically standing by this 2 year charade.
So why doesn't the CAA say to Thomson "look it's 6 years stop mucking about"0 -

I did search and it still brought up numerous hits and in those both addresses were quoted as being the correct one, hence why I asked.
I shall use the RO as answered by another kind poster, and continue to use Thomson Airways Ltd as my organisation on the MCOL form.I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!
Quidco and Topcashback, £4,569
Shopandscan, £2,840

Lactics, use TUI at the Luton address, if thats who you have been dealing with. If Thomson try to state its served at the wrong address, you deal with that by stating just that youve been using the same address for correspondence and TUI have not informed you otherwise. People here are trying to help a lot of people, but being bolshy like that wont help your cause if youre asking for help. A certain amount of this process is self help so you understand what youre doing, or just leave it to those shysters at a no win no fee joint, choice is yours0 -

Thomson have had my NBA for just over 2 weeks. Called them and the said it hasn't been looked at yet. I said I'll give them another week or so before I begin proceedings and he made notes of that and will be trying to push it through.
Quickly asked if their 2 year stance has changed after yesterday for other people, answer: NO0 -

How about checking through your email and/or ringing the airline to get the information? And there is a website listed on the main article where you can obtain the information such as flight times, etc. You'll have to seatch for that yourself though.0 -
Ive been writing to thomon now for over 4 months to try and reolve a 4hr delay from Malaga to Manchester in 2008. They have not quoted technical problems, and just said that its over 2 years. I have written back and given them notice before court action, but that was 56 days ago, and Im about to proceed with court action...
But, my question is, I rung the CAA hoping that they could add weight to my case, but as the flight was the return journey, starting from malaga, they said its the Spanish enforcement body who I need to write to. Ive looked on their website and its mainly in spanish - does anyone know an email address I can write to for them please? and has anyone any experience with them ?
Thanks :j0 -

Thanks so much. I will try emailing them with all copies of the correspondance and see what they say.
Thanks for your help (and all the other replies Ive seen from you on this thread)

At what point during the 6th year does a claim become no longer valid?
I.e, my delayed flight was in July 2007. If i make a claim soon but i don't get a court hearing until after July this year, would that count as having expired beyond the 6 years?0
