Hi, Are you accepting the vouchers? You can insist on cash payment if you prefer.

Unless the vouchers are for a higher value, you want to use them and there are no restrictive conditions for use.

You arrived about 20 minutes short of the 3 hour delay time to qualify for compensation.

Your recollection of the times seems to be roughly correct, so not a valid claim I'm afraid.

Am I missing something the op should have arrived at 13.10 but arrived at around 17.00 that is 3 hours 50 mins late. Put your flight details into EuClaim and then bottonline and see what they say

If Dogsb0dy was on TCX1124 it arrived 3h5m late at Heraklion on 30/5 according to Flightaware

According to Flightradar24, it landed at 15.49 and tracking stops at 15.52. So it will be completely dependent on the time the first door was opened...

Planefinder had the ops flight landing at 12.50 so I doubt it would take 15 - 20 minutes for 1st door open:)

Agree with you there Tyzap. I suppose it would only go over the three hours if there had been no gate available. But at the moment, looking unlikely to be claimable.

Morning everyone. Thank you all for your input which is very much appreciated. Pombear is right and the flight did arrive at Heraklion at 3.49 pm our time, 5.49 pm Greek time.

Our scheduled flight times were 7:00 am departure arriving at 1:10 pm so as we didn't arrive till 5:49 we missed our transfer to the hotel.
