DONT JUST BOOK IT THOMAS FOOK IT
33 hour delay to Vegas last year and TC won't pay out so over the last 6 months have been persuing them and taking the ba***rds to court, this has now been agreed and will be heard at Court, also an
18 hour delay back from Cuba last year and TC still playing the exact same game, so i will play the same game to, will see you at court for part two.
Like thousands of robbed holiday makers this company are taking the !!!! and even breaking the law the robbing !!!!!!!s, i do think their slogan is the best though
That sums up to my wife and i losing 4 days of our lives last year and all they can say is "we done our best"
DONT JUST BOOK IT THOMAS FFOOOOKK IT0 -
Also in the last 5 years TC have had about £14,000 from me, not sure they will be getting much more. If anyone is wanting info for a claim on a delayed flight with TC or any other holiday company feel free to inbox me and i will show some good pointers, these companys are just playing a numbers game, some win over £480 per paying passanger after sendind an email, which is brilliant and then others have to work a little harder for their reimbursement, i dont mind bring it on you !!!!!!! losers.0

Also if anyone is booking a hol with TC in the future be careful !!!! I this company will go bust, i might not get the £1000 x 2 compensastion i deserve but it will cost them at least that for their false defence, as they have already had to appoint an outside law firm to manage this case and now having to send 2 experts, possibly a barrister to my chosen court, what a pack of losers. Ten years ago i had a bad experience with a local vw dealership who never responded to my requests about a dodgy new car i bought from them, that cost them £500,000 i know for sure0

You have me really !!!!ed now, these posts are on every social site i know,i will forget about the 2K i am owed from you for not providing your services correctly, it will cost you more then 10x that after i am finished !!0

I feel, and I bet a lot of you would think this is the way to go.
The organisation which granted TC their Operators Licence, should withdrawer it until Thomas Cook promise to play the game. They should be made to clear ALL the back claims to date, before being granted their licence back for 6 month at a time, until they prove that they can be seen as being a responsible outfit.0 -
Like your style, anyone who thinks TC crawled out of a festering cesspit is ok with me. I would avoid overconfidence in your dealings with them, they have had a hell of a lot of practice at this game
Makes no odd's to me maghater, i might be awarded my compensation for 1 or even 2 of the claims,or on the other hand could lose both of my claims, what we do know is TC will deffo spend more than that defending plus i have already had 3 contacts from my recent posts, plus i'm not gonna spend any more of my hard earned cash with them . Now you tell me who is the winner and who is the LOSER ?0 -
Received draft defence from tc don't really understand it starting to wish I'd used a nwnf company it says that the claiments compensation claim is based upon the decision if the European court if justice in the joined cases of sturgeon -v- condor flugdienst GMbH and Bock -V- air France it also says the defendant will relay upon recently published guidance of the national enforcement bodies appointed in respect of EC regulation 261/2004 as to what may be regarded as extraordinary circumstances.
It also says it is averred that the claiments has no private law civsl cause of action against the defendant and says instead the claim must be brought before the caa. It basically says that I can only claim for myself not my party my children are 2 and 10 I don't think they can make a claim them selfs idiots also says the defendant will not be liable to the claiments if it is found that the cause if the delay was extrodinary does this mean I would have to pay there costs ?? It says aswell that emergency can't claim for my son we paid £30 so I know this is untrue they have even got the flight date wrong.0 -

All straightforward stuff to those who research and TC are trying it on but understand your worries but if you are concerned regarding going to court you can approach a NWNF now and see if they will take up for you.0 -
Apparently the wont take it on if I have already started so I'm going to have to do lots of homework and carry on doing it myself they also say the technical fault faulty master start switch which was apparently found when flight was about to take off does not require any maintainence so this is why it's classed as extrodinary0
