Do your own search for this as depends upon amount of claim (number in party) plus if you intend to use MCOL. Lots of your answers on page one.

Thanks :) really appreciate your replies.

I presume you mean your 'phone call costs. Personally I would forget it however a friendly note could be tried - doubt you will get anywhere however you may get a voucher - again!

    Thats right yeah.

I actually have a letter drafted up, but when I went onto the site to send it, the only contact they have now is a phone number, of which Im having nothing to do with.

Is there a known email address I could send it to?

I already checked that before posting, the link for the email address takes you to the page I mentioned earlier, no email address, just a phone number.

    My Story so far......

    6. Further or in the alternative to court of appeal decision in Graham & Anor vThomas Cook Group it is averred that the claimant has no private law civilcause of action against the defendant and instead the claim must be broughtbefore the CAA

I think you might find that this case was about seeking damages not compensation

Posted my claim off and had responses, usual technical circustances fob off,now in regard to the new proposal to ammend the regulations next year and the added definition of technical circumstances issued by the NEB this will discount almost any technical issues claims how long would it take to go via court or claims service. My next step is NBA and then mcol, my claim relates to and engine failure so If i delay it will not be covered when the new rules/regulation is introduced. I have put my case together and found a wealth of information and I will post this on here when i have finished my case, this will help many people. From now what timescales is it taking for this to go through courts?
