111KAB, I've checked my messages and can't find one from you and there are others missing too, so I don't know what has happened with them.
I have written to Monarch EU Claims Adviser today and asked them to review the case and they have come back saying their decision stands. I think that I will be going the Bott & Co route but have yet to talk it over with my husband. I'm a newly retired admin officer and have worked (some time ago for a solicitor) so research etc is not new to me but as I am already very busy with other projects it maybe time to just hand it over to someone else. Thanks for your advice, it has been very helpful. I will let you know what happens ie if it's successful or not asap.0 -
BTW when I got the first rejected decision I has advised to use Resolver. I had initially started using Resolver and Monarch were replying through it. However when the decision came through it was via my own personal email address. What happened to Resolver? What was the point? Is using Resolver still a valid resource?0

Due to Monarch stance and the excuse Monarch are using for the delay I think a NWNF may be the way to go for you .... unfortunate that you have to give up a fair degree of your (probably) rightful claim but better to get something rather than nothing. Bott & Co seem the favoured NWNF on this forum.0

After some very good advice on here, I ended up in a position like yourself whereas I got knocked back three times with Monarch after using and escalating my case with resolver, I decided I didn't have the expertise or the time (despite the many helpful people on here willing to assist me) that I am now in the process of taking Monarch to court via Bott & co. I wish you well in your fight and I will post the outcome on here in due course.0

Can I just say clear law took their percentage but of the whole amount, bott and co keep the interest and then take the perecentage of the remainder, my 'take home' was more that unexpected on my own0

Bott & co take 27% plus 25 euros per person of the amount in delayed compensation claims as far as I can gather, which seems to me a fair price to pay with regards to receiving a decent sum with hardly any work as opposed to a greater sum with a lot of work.0 -
Claim for 23 hour delay on flight from Manchester to Malaga in July 2013 originally rejected due to EC (landing gear failure) but after ECJ ruling in Sep 2015 re exceptional circumstances I sought review and received full compensation for family of four without any further quibbling.0

Hi, I am pleased to say that I found out yesterday Monarch are paying delay compensation on flight ZB847 Alicante to London Luton 26th July 2014. Thanks to Bott & Co for pursuing my claim for me, it will cost me approximately £200 but I am pleased that other people will be able to get what they are rightly entitled too. Start claiming people!!!0

Hi All, I am trying to put a claim in for a delayed flight from Menorca to Birmingham on 29th July 2013. Is there anywhere that I can get the flight numbers from please. We were advised upon arrival to the airport that the flight was delayed by 2 hours and then it was definitely twice as long as that with no further information being issued. Thanks in advance for any info0
