Hi All
I have recently claimed for flight delay compo from Monarch using the template on here (thanks :-)
They have emailed me back a MOnarch claim form, and asked me to fill out one per passenger.
Is this standard? Should i fill it out

Hi, quick update on my case, after the initial declined response from Monarch and a refusal to re-investigate I decided to file for a small claim which they have said they will defend all of the claim0

Hi is there anyone out there who was on Monarch Airlines flight ZB535 from Palma(Mallorca) to Manchester on the 23rd of September2012? If so have you tried to claim compensation for the 7 hour delay? The first time I tried to claim Monarch cited exceptional circumstances (a right elevator leak) and rejected my complaint. I intend to pursue my claim but would be interested to know if anyone else tried0

To round off my own saga, here's the copy of the final judgement against Monarch:

I think it is fair to say that the Judge was not much impressed by their behaviour!0 -
I would go a bit further with my assessment.........I think it would be fair to say that the Judge was also impressed by the case prepared by the man with the nice hat!0
