How did you get it into the media? I think we should all do this to highlight this shambles of EC's, and the airlines the total dis-respect for passengers. Name and shame.

Fame at last Milord. Quite rightly so! Hilarious quotes at the end. How very dare you want to cross examine their witnesses! And their defence was so robust that they didn't need to send a representative - and got struck out!

I have followed Martins instructions regarding this Flight delay from Tenerife. ( According to flight stats it was 3hrs 1 minute late). A month has gone by now and i am still waiting for a replay from Monarch. Has anyone had any success with this one yet, or am I wasting my time.
