Just to confirm wife and I were joint claimants as recommended by the Court i.e. they didn't want the same case bought to court twice.0

Thanks a lot romanby1; should i then not do anything with the kids copy? Now i come to think of it, the court does not know they are children even though i mentioned it in the particulars and the main claim was only signed by me.
Phone or write to the court with their details I think you should be able to add them to the claim. If the court are in agreement let the airline know of the amendment to the claim.0 -
If you paid for the childrens fare they are entitled to claim through you as parents.

The children are named as claimants in first claim form, and they also receive copy of all court papers as both me and hubby do.
But it will only be me going to court to represent them all.0 -

I gave my claim to FlightMole on 1/3/13. The initial response was great off them and always prompt.
How long should i expect things to take roughly?
I am a bit concerned as i mailed them last week to ask of any updates but no reply, so mailed again today with no answer.
Should i be worried as i signed the claim to them.0 -
Hi everyone, could anyone please help me find out flight information please we went to florida August 30th 2008 flying with monarch from newcastle , and was delayed 10 hrs i need to get flight numbers and what time we should have arrived and the actual time we arrived, i have tried to get copies of booking invoice from thomas cook shops and because it was booked through the travel cat system they can not supply me with details and told me to call thomas cook headquaters wich i did and was told that the shop i booked with will have paper copies of the booking and to give them a call, wich i did just to be told i need to know the date i booked the holiday and i really can not remember, now i dont know what to do so my only hope is someone on here could help, i have contacted foxy a member on here who was on the same flight but not had any reply

Have they made an offer and also have you agreed.
If so push them I did with Thomsons and they paid within 24 hours we threatened to still go to court.0
