Seeking for an organisation that could help me

Yes sure, but as I said 'd rather much trasmit my claims to a UK based organisation, (that could help solve the matter in the most amicable way) before I take the matter to the County Courts.0

It will depend on the nature of the organisation and as you appear to be unwilling to divulge that vital bit of information then as others have said, we really can't point you in the right direction.
For example if the organisation concerned is a retail one then apart from notifying trading standards (who as you say will not investigate individual complaints) there is no one else that you can go to. But if the organisation is in a regulated sector then you can go via their regulator. There is no such thing as a general ombudsman/regulator for complaints-
Another thing to consider is whether 'you' were acting as a business or a consumer. If 'you' were acting as a business then you will likely have a lot less protection than a consumer would have.0 -

I understand what you are saying but as I said The matter is merely a consumer rights (so that means that I am acting as a consumer, if not I will not have mentionned consumer rights) and a breach of an offer made for a distance selling item (so it is not a regualted sector).
So to what I understand from your reply, you said that there will be no one to go to if f the organisation concerned is a retail one. This is very strange, do you not have any association that helps people in this case.
There are many in France (but acting only for purchases made in France, since most of the French are not very good at speaking English, and mostly, but not only, for purchases made over the Internet), it seems strange that there will not be any in the UK.0 -
To put it in another words, where you would go to, in the UK, for a matter similar to the ones you would refer to the EEC?0
-
In England, consumers do not usually refer matters to the EEC.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

There is no central body for you to go via for complaints about a retail company - you are on your own.
If I had a complaint then I would initially do directly to the company concerned and make a complaint based on the Sale of Goods Act or Distance Selling regulations (depending on which one was relevant to my complaint).
Depending on how I paid (and the circumstances surrounding the problem), I might try a chargeback via PayPal/Credit Card company/Bank as applicable.
If I got nowhere with them then I would probably alert Trading Standards, just so that they are aware in case it is a bigger problem - but as previously stated they won't actually help.
In the end, if I am owed money and the person owing it to me is not responding, then I would issue a claim through the small claims courts.
But as I said at the top, I would have to do this on my own - there is no organisation I can rely on to help me.0 -
