Ask Atos Healthcare disability assessment questions

Let's see if this one can be answered in a non-PR manner!!
Why do Atos deliberately overbook processing slots leading to disabled people having to wait for very long times in ill-equiped waiting rooms?0 -
It's been said before this rep is cherry picking, this is now obvious since he has now responded to a comment regarding his reply which is well after a lot of other questions. I agree its time this rep was shown the door he/she isn't helping anyone except Atos.0

Will the questions i asked regarding the assessment ever get answered. Asked them over a week ago now, reposted tuesday i believe and still no response. I do not think explaining what is classed as medically reasonable in terms of an aid is complicated since i'm sure atos have that documented somewhere. Nor whether if it is deemed the person is fit to use a wheelchair during the working day why this aid is not being used in the can climb two steps either they are using a chair or not not a different aid to satisfy each part so you can give them zero points.
Starting to believe these questions will never get answered and i agree this thread should just be shut down the selective responses are getting old. If they are not gonna answer given questions then tell people they are not getting one so they can stop wasting their time checking for one.0 -

I'm sorry but no I don't. I can not even remember were I read it.
to tell you the truth as I don't have a link and I can not remember were I read it I was unsure if I should post the comment or not.
In the end I did. Weather that was right or wrong its done now.
Other forum member's may have more info on this. Or the Atos PR person can correct this.
They don't have to tell us how much they pay they can just say weather its right or wrong. We wont know if its less or more that way.
I will try and remember were I read it. i will have a look at some of the other web sites too see if I can see anything about it.:jYou can have everything you wont in lfe, If you only help enough other people to get what they wont.:j0 -
nogginthenog and halight, to obtain information about personal data held you can make a Subject Access Request in writing to the DWP, who are the Data Controller for all data generated under the medical services contract.
Thank You for that answer.
And thank you for taking the time to read my post.:jYou can have everything you wont in lfe, If you only help enough other people to get what they wont.:j0 -

When i got there i was turned away as a fire hazard as i am on crutches. even though it was written in my esa50 so atos clearly do not read the esa50 so it seems pointless having to write these out. after that i was told i would get a home visit in which i had told atos i was not available for 2 weeks as i was at my mothers for xmas and i would return on a certain day this was also in the esa 50 the day i returned home i found a handwritten letter saying i missed my medical. so why do we have to write these questionaires out if you dont read them
mightyroyals, sorry to hear about the problems you had. I can confirm that the constraints in terms of both availability and accessibility that you recorded on the questionnaire should have been logged so they could be taken into account, so on this occasion it sounds like something went wrong.“Official Company Representative

Hello again
Just in case you missed this question over the page but here it is again.
"Why do Atos deliberately overbook processing slots leading to disabled people having to wait for very long times in ill-equiped waiting rooms?"
If it's too difficult for you to answer or there isn't an answer already given on your "employers" website for you to Copy & Paste just let me know.0 -
If he is not going to answer questions why have this thread?
I think a 75% responce rate would be fair anything less this thread should be deleted and ATOS rep given PPR status.Hello again

This ill thought out exercise has turned out to be a disaster but to be honest what were MSE thinking especially after the MP's exposure yesterday of the inhumane treatment of sick and disabled people that Atos has been responsible for.0 -
