So we can taker from that the HCP has too get a certain % off what ever benefit (ESA-DLA IB OR THE NEW PIP) and find them Fit as a normal 18 year old. No matter how ill they are. Or they will not hit the ATOS target.

So if they don't hit the normal AV target of ATOS they get some training. To show them how to reach the target set.

Can I ask the ATSO PR person. If the HCP dose not reach there target month asfter month. I.E. they find too many people that are Ill and should by right and in law get the benefit.
What happens too them ? Do you sack them ? Or are they sent for more mind reprogramming ? sorry training ?

I can not say if what is said here is the truth or not. But that's upto the ATOS PR person to say, (They won't)

I think this thread is now becoming an embarrassment for MSE and they really do need to pull the plug on it. If Atos was a repuatble decent organisation and hadn't as exposed by MPs the other day as having treated sick and disabled people in an inhumane way then this thread may have had some value but given the decimated reputation of Atos it really should be closed.

Like Atos this thread isn't fit for purpose.

I *think* the original point was for people who had little knowledge of the assessment process to ask the ATOS rep for example what happens at an assessment etc, the ATOS Rep answers and says what should happen and everyone goes away happy.

However there are enough people reading the thread that know exactly what does happen at an assessment and in the aftermath of one to be able to give an alternate and far more accurate viewpoint.

Whilst I don't think that the thread serves its original point, it is at least highlighting to people that they should be on their guard when dealing with ATOS/DWP and that they often don't play fair. In our case, we expect scrutiny and a thorough investigation on whether my partner 'deserves' benefits, but we also expect fairness and honesty.

Lastly, after the 14 months of hell that ATOS' 3 farcical (and now withdrawn) assessments have put my partner through, it is a little light relief to see the ATOS rep bumbling around and being made to look rather silly.

Don't worry,
I'm sure ATOS will be haveing words with the MSE team to get all of us that have posted things about atos that atos dose not link like to be PPR'd After all, they have already gone after web sites. Why not go after the people that post.
