    Hi Redman

I’m afraid that I’m not sure what you are asking that my previous response that you quote doesn’t answer. I said that the process for home assessments is no different to the process for assessments in a centre. If you can clarify what else it is you are asking I can try to get an answer for you based on where you are in the process.

    I am asking for a straight answer to my question, here ;

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=60121767&postcount=1500

As stated a simple "Yes" or "No" will suffice whichever is appropriate

    Also I dispute your comment,
I said that the process for home assessments is no different to the process for assessments in a centre.
This is misleading in a broader context, as The LiMA software programme is not used in an ESA Home Assessment, as it is with an assessment at an ATOS Centre.

Maybe this is why ATOS are so reluctant to offer Home Assessments ?

Please respond to my question. "Yes" or "No".

    Hi Redman,

yes, the process I was referring to was the recording process, which is what we were discussing, but if you take the line out of context that isn’t clear enough and so I should have been clearer. To confirm again, yes, the recording process is the same for home assessments as assessments in a centre.

    Thank you.

So we now have an official statement from ATOS's Official Company Representative.

"Yes" you can have your Home Assessment audio recorded, just as with an assessment at an ATOS Assessment Centre.

You can now be assured that I will spread the word, as the majority of people across the net are under the impression that this could not be done.

This post ; http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=60129385&postcount=1508 , can now be referenced by all.

Dear ATOS Rep, very many thanks for this.
I was indeed told that Home visits could not be recorded when I enquired in July. It is good to see that the situation has now changed.
We will pass on the good news.

Just an update on my previous post
I have still not been notified about any decisions on my ESA after my assessment (march 6th). Does anybody know how long this decision takes?

    Thanx in advance

thanks anything else i should be aware of?

I'd try to covertly do your own recording anyway.

Just because they say they're going to do it definitely doesn't necessarily mean that they will.

He doesn't know - which means that, as I've been saying all along, there's absolutely no reason for him to be posting here.
