Do you think I should ring the DWP and ask them when I will be transferred from IB to ESA or would that "rock the boat"? it can't be in alphabetical order because I know someone who' was called up months ago with the same initials as me.

Can anyone tell me the type of people who don't have to attend the Atos assessments?

I'm struggling to sleep because of my disability with worries over this.

Personally I would let the DWP come to you. In the meantime you could do your homework as in how best to fill out the ESA50 if they even send you one.

I see there are posts going missing now, is this the Atos rep with Admin rights who is doing this? or has Atos got the forum owners in their pocket?

I can only provide information about the Work Capability Assessment process for ESA. I’m not sure whether it is the ESA legislation you are referring to, but if it is you would need to direct your question to the DWP.

Atos rep.... Can you let me have the email address for the Atos HO because I need to make a complaint at the highest level, I have complained locally with Atos but I don't get a reply at all, I have in the past involved my Mp who sorted an issue out with them but before I ask him to intervene again I would like to try myself with the HO.
