I learnt at the feet of a master too. We found a wartime tin of corned beef 20 years later when the family moved house, and when she died, numerous packets of brown sugar all over the house....Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0

Our vegetable peelings are currently being put into newspapers dating from June 1988.
It's an amazingly interesting thing to read, too.0 -
The ice cap at the arctic may be melting, but I feel me and a load of others on here are doing their bit. (freezer reference).
So, there is the same amount of ice in the world, it's just more spread out!0 -
You do realize if you own more than 14 pairs of knickers you can put off doing the washing for a long time? Saves water and energy.0

I own 18 pairs of knickers so far
I'm aiming for enough pairs to make a full machine load.
My kitchen window was last cleaned when I was abroad for six weeks and my mum was house-sitting. In 2004.I believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.

I'm too lazy to count my knickers lolHave a Bsc Hons open degree from the Open University 2015 :j:D:eek::T0

I actually do have enough knickers to make a reasonable WM load! Nothing fancy, all supermarket multi-pack mostly black...I`ve always had a `thing` about changing them, like whenever I might change clothes in the day (into/out of uniform, before/after going out and changing from decent stuff to `home scruffs`) I`m not as fussy with any other clothing, nor do I have a `problem` that necessitates this habit. I can happily wear the same socks, even the holey ones, for days, despite my smelly feet, so I think, on balance, I still qualify as a slob!0

I have so many pairs of knickers that they would be a machine load all to themselves. However, socks I have so few of that the pair I am wearing have a huge hole with my big toe poking out. I'm considering buying some more.0

Being as I'm a lass of rather sturdy proportions, Bridget Jones couldn't imagine how big my pants are in her wildest nightmares, so I buy mine from M&S (just their cheapie packs though) which last amazingly well. When I have the cash I buy another pack to add to my collection and save me having to do a knicker wash for a few more days :rotfl:
I'm having something of a funny turn today and working through the washing mountain. Not sure what brought it on, but I may be sickening for something and will probably have to spend half term (week after next) on the sofa to make up for it!I believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.

Seeing as this is fairly anonymous, I will confess to having had to throw away a pair of knickers today, because the gusset became separated from the body...Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0
