.he is just 6...seemed wrong to me..he is really struggling ,have made a doctors appointment next week to get the ball rolling if he needs assessing...OH sent me a link to an ADD/Adhd site and it described him perfectly...not just a naughty boy who lacks discipline as his teacher said:mad:...sorry for the rant, always helps to get it out for me and have no one else to talk to really xx

Good luck getting some help for him, keep hassling anyone and everyone. I work with post-16s, mainly with dyslexia and dyspraxia and it's still horrifying how many haven't received a diagnosis let alone proper support at school.

I have been reading the Sloblady thread tonight- absolutely hilarious- this was me 6 months ago.....slob habits die hard :o hangs head in shame remembering the New Years Ironing challenge by using the steam function button on the washing machine to achieve empty basket ;)

But I know where my bread is buttered - sloblady might be a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't like to live there :rotfl: (again :eek::eek::eek:)

right now....blood sugar is back to normal so time for a sensible light meal and my night time meds and some more sleep....see you all in the morning

  • Hi Skintbreeder - a late post but just to say it looked as if your HHH did the trick for both your home and your sugar levels! It sounds like you got a lot done.

I got the grill on, tidied up, sorted out papers, cat dishes, handbag, cats (again) and then we ate! Our veggie grill was scrummy! I was really good and tidied up again after, so we then relaxed and watched a film, and only had 10 mins or so to do re tidying up before bedtime, which was really good.

Dorajar, I hope you are soon better, it's miserable with these bloomin' coughs and colds.

Good Intentions, whatever has happened to upset you so much, I sincerely hope is 'mendable'. You sound such a bubbly, hard working lady, I do hope things are right for you again very soon.

Good wishes all round, R x
