NSD yesterday, had 13 in September which isnt too bad considering the holiday I had :)

Spendy day today food shopping tonight, how exciting. Have meals planned for when OH is down for the weekend 90% is out of the freezer/stores so just fresh bits needed so shouldnt be a massive shop :)

    So good and bad things:-

:( My CC now stands at £2921 due to slight overspend on groceries
:) Now have shed loads of food in stores and freezer
:( Still not done any ebaying my pile grows bigger by the day
:) When I do get round to doing it should bring in quite a few pennies
:) Sofa payment out today so new total is £723 so thats great
:) Half day at work, hairdresser this afternoon, all budgeted for
:( Not a NSD as need to get bread and some pudding stuff later for OH
:) Have food in slow cooker for dinner tonight and made a cake last night so have enough snacks for the weekend
:D OH is coming down for the weekend so wont have to pay someone to do the hossie and will be able to start work on the house

So overall not too bad :) Happy weekend everyone :)

    Good morning :)

So friday turned out to be a NSD as had enough in the house for dinner :) Had hair cut, OH came down, did hossie, had dinner and then he finished building a chest of drawers that has been half built for ages as ex got bored and never finished the job! Grr but all done now.

Saturday and Sunday passed by in a whirlwind of tidying the house. Managed to tidy the loft and sort into 2 sections of whats mine and what is ex's. Sorted my bedroom, bedroom 2 which ex is living in and third bedroom. Everything boxed up that is not needed and in the loft. All stacked neatly and ready to move. Second bedroom is more organised and moved a lot of ex's clothes in there so looks more presentable. Still few bits to do but getting there. Mum, sister, bro in law and nephew came round all weekend to help so have also with everyones help done the above plus lots of silly DIY jobs that have been hanging around are now sorted so plugs back on the wall, 2 u-bends fixed, carpet track down, cables tacked to the wall and outside light working :D

So a very productive weekend. Need to tackle the downstairs now, the hall and dining room mainly and a few tiny bits in the kitchen and living room and then can start decorating ready to market the house.

Spent £15 on saturday, had to get some bleach and got a takeaway saturday evening as we were both very tired. NSD yesterday and we made dinner from the freezer stores.

NSD today, lunch bought in, dinner sorted for later. Got hossie trainer this evening but money already at home waiting for this.

Next weekend going to go to OH's but will be a spendy weekend as going to hit the DIY stores and get lots of odds to finish the house like replacement light fittings, sealant etc but all needs to be done and be good to cross another few things of the list :)

Also managed to wash my hossies old indoor rugs over the weekend so apart from a quick brush down all the rugs are now ready to photograph and sell :)

    Good morning :)

Had a good evening with the hossie, long reined round the roads as per normal but instructor took her off lead rein and walked next to her and then behind but still around if needed to get hossie used to being on her own and being independent, very good and only one minor flid :)

Had stupid row with ex over things that were happening, like he didnt like what was happening in the house over the weekend, but basically the house needs to be sold so we can both move on with our lives, we cant carry on living there together, and he wont do any work so I will have to do it all and if I have to bring OH and my family round to help then so be it. He has had months to sort things out but hasnt done so sorry if I am mean and unthoughtful and selfish but thats the way it has to be. Was so angry last night

Ex is still spending merrily on his credit cards, he has no bother about running up debt so the sooner the house is sold the better as can cut all financial ties with him as really dont want him ruining my credit record when I am trying so hard to sort myself out. :(

Good thing today, minimum payment gone out to CC of £50 and another £51 of expenses has landed and that has been paid to the CC taking it down to £2820 :) Off to update my signature.

Might be going to our southampton office later but feeling like I am coming down with a cold but wait and see as if I do end up going there get about £60 on expenses for mileage and only use about £10 of fuel so will all help.

Sounds like you had a very productive weekend, well done you.

Sorry ex is being difficult about it, was he around over the weekend. Did wonder how he coped with it. Still like you say, he's had plenty of time and these things have to be done.

Well done on further debt reduction.

Hope your cold goes away without making a proper appearance

    Good morning :)

Didnt have to go to our hamble office on Tuesday, cold still crap so managed to excuse myself out of it.

Cold still rubbish so ended up taking the day of sick on Thursday, didnt waste the day though, mum came round and helped me cut the grass, get rid of some rubbish and put the rest of the net curtains up so another bit crossed of the list to do.

Friday was just the day from hell :( Drove to work ok, had to go to post office to get signed for letter for work, driving back warning lights on car started flashing so dropped into garage, stupid fault and needed booking in, something to do with exhaust gases going back into the engine. So advised not to drive. Was meant to be going to Kent to stay with OH for weekend. Had sod it moment and thought cannot put up with ex for a weekend, OH could have come up but I felt like crap with the cold, still had the ends of monthly girl pains and all the associated hormone rubbish that goes with it so ended up hiring a car for the weekend. Mum offered to pay so £120 but meant I could have a weekend in peace. So car picked up friday, drove to Kent in the most awful traffic and torrential rain so felt thoroughly peed of when I got there.:(

Saturday was another spendy day, spent £150 in B&Q, £30 in Wickes and £40 in TK Maxx, but all stuff needed for the house so paint, new pillows, light fittings etc so should be 90% of what I need to get the house in a sellable state. Need to get a plasterer in to do a few bits but am slowly getting there.

Sunday was awful rain in Kent so spent the day relaxing and helping OH do some odd jobs tidying up his house.

Yesterday just started badly nearly 2 and half hours to get home, for a 55 mile journey , wound myself up getting upset and stressed in the car so took another day off sick, not ideal but just felt rubbish. :( So went home had a nap and then did some washing, sorted some paperwork and have taken photos and written listings for my old rugs so can get these put up for sale shortly.

Today back at work, still got this cold that I cant get rid of but trying to get on somehow. Car in the garage to be fixed today, looking at a £350 bill :(

With the expenses over the weekend and the garage bill today my credit card will be up to £3400  So not good, but spending £1200 nearly in a month on the car, horse rugs and horse food plus DIY stuff for the house has really caned it. So must get stuff up for sale soon to be able to get it down.

Peed of with ex still, showing no sign of helping to do the house up, so all the work is down to me, just get very down about it all and sure OH gets peed of with me always moaning on at him, just need to get the house sold and then will be out of the bad/depressing situation I am currently in. Just need to focus on that light at the end of the tunnel somehow.

    Good morning :)

Mara the garage thought it was the EGR valve but hey no such luck, that part is fine, the EGR cooler is broken, so instead of £350 going to cost £900 :( My mum has offered to help pay for it, told her I would add it on to the money I already owe her, she had forgotten about that! Will see what happens when sell the house and see if I make any profit and what I need to move on but will add this to my parents debt and determined to pay it off. Will be on these diaries forever :rotfl:

Good thing though mortgage payment out today so a wee bit more equity in the house.

Off food shopping tonight but have £10 gift voucher for survey site and about £25 of reward points to use so spending will be a minimum :)

Also received £10 voucher from another survey site so thats stashed away ready to use for xmas pressies, have £2 amazon voucher for the same and received some cereal bars for testing so this all helps :D
