Hi, Obviously I don't know much about how your home is arranged, but the cruxt of the matter must be do you have one pipe coming into the home or two. Work out what the expected use of the appliances you use is and is the gas used reasonable. Has your usage gone down since the meter was changed? If they removed two meters and left you with one new one then they must have been in line on the same pipe and so you should be ok now. I think you need to set up a plan to pay them what you think you are using now monthly by direct debit. This will show that you are being responsible and trying to keep the bills down. Read your meter weekly and keep records. I know its hard because you want to scream but this is a company not a person and they don't care about you just the gas. Its not personal for them but very personal to you. Keep calm and be realistic!0

regardless if two meters on one pipe, the first still records all and is owed.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0 -
