Npower Blatant Lies

I have an ongoing (since July 2012) complaint with Npower over meters installed at my home that I moved into in April 2012. There has been one error after another which has resulted in me receiving demands from debt agencies failure to send payment cards and now sending me a bill for Gas used when there were 2 gas meters installed here.
They refuse to admit there were 2 meters here, yet they authourised their removal and installation of a single meter. Because they refuse to acknowledge the 2 meters I am unable to settle my bill as I have no idea which meter was used for a reading and if, as a result, its accurate.
Ive gone to the Ombudsman and Npower still insist that I only had one meter. This is simply not true. Im at my wits end now as this hasnt been resolved and subsequently nothing has been paid since living here. The Ombudsman have now closed my case as they say its resolved. It isnt until I get a full explanation and know that what I am billed for is correct.
I now wish to take this to the highest level and wondered if anyone has any contact details for the CEO as I simply wont be bullied and lied to by this company. I am registered disabled and a single parent. At one stage I was even left with any gas or electric for 24 hours due to an error on their part.
Failing contacting the CEO I will have no alternative to go to the papers with the full, horrific story of how I have been treated by the so called company.

Can you not appeal against the ombudsman decision and get the case investigated further. I had a major issue with edf for over 6 months and had to use the ombudsman to sort the problem and further to this i demanded that any gas / electric used be cleared as a gesture of goodwill and start a fresh with the current meter reads and believe it or not it actually worked they cleared a bill of over £300 and i got a further payment for good will. Its not easy i really feel for you stay calm and if it was me i would appeal.0

Ive just told the Ombudsman that Im not accepting Npower's lies and inefficiency. Im determined that I wont back down and if I have to splash it all over the papers, I will.0 -
Ok so the ombudsman is clearly aware that you are not in a position of having this resolved so they should not be closing the case as resolved because you are not. What options have they given you??0

Just copied this from the ombudsmans web site this might guide you a little.
If the consumer accepts the ombudsman’s decision the company must take the action we require. If the consumer declines the decision or fails to respond to us within 28 days, the consumer loses the right to the solution offered but remains free to complain in another way, to the courts for example.
their is a little piece before this but this is where you are at by the looks of it.0 -

Could you close the account and open a new one in a partners name or anyone else's name (who is willing to take responsibility for your usage) starting a fresh account then get that person to switch for you. Then once switched you can put the account back in your name.
yeah its called fraudDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
