having a stirfry with noodles and rice for tea and then a quiche tomorrow...we are hopefully off to costco on sat to cure the empty freezer

Haven't updated my spends since first week of February, so here goes...
Mr A £29.18, £46.39
A1di £14.83, £18.20
Butchers £12.58
Meat C&C £41.61
Dog food £7.20, £14.73, £12.00
Total = £196.72
Add to this the £63.14 from previous spends makes a total of £260.13 for February. Ooops, an overspend for my first month back in the GC ChallengeHowever, the visit to the Meat Cash & Carry means there is a meat in the freezer to carry forward into March. Also, probably now have enough dry food to last the dog for most of next month (but will need some of the bone-shaped biscuits by mid-month).
So, I'm declaring a spend of £260.13 for February.#Life isn't about waiting for the storms to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain #We must be willing to let go of the life we planned so as to have the life that is waiting for us #If you focus on what you have left behind, you will never see what lies ahead - Gusteau/RatatouilleGC 2022: £0/£2,500 total spend0 -
Morning all (well afternoon now)
i've had no more spends since monday YAY! and still have some change in my purse which is going in to the holiday pot in a mo.
So im declaring at £241.26
I've decided to start my march challenge a day early, because i dont like going shopping between friday and monday if i can help it, and i dont fancy spending my friday morning battling round te$co.
Its mostly non-perishables which wont be used til next week but some of the offers run out on monday, plus i think we'll probably need milk by friday.
Well Done to all taking part, and a HUGE THANK YOU to all those doing admin
see you in over in march0 -
