Apparently, he has been castrated and he is a cross between a hereford and a red poll. Apparently herefords are renowned for their unusual good natures. Now I have the "breed" I should be able to do a search on google tonight

If he's been castrated, you have got a very different beast. I feel much happier for you now I know this. :j

Herefords are a good temperament - we had one for years on the farm and he was certainly the most placid bull we ever had.

Surely you can't get pet insurance for a bull? Anyone?

Well, he's got his head in the kitchen window again, but we are cooking beef burgers and I keep looking at them and thinking they were once something like him - its putting me off! He doesnt seem to mind though, he's just happy resting his big head on the work surface and watching me!

Have managed to get some on my mobile phone this afternoon but can't work out how to get them on the s-odding computer  I'm not exactly a technical genius. I will try and find the digital camera tommorow and catch him with that.
