    Perhaps, assuming this isn't a wind up, you could try reading the explanations again, there is no point in me repeating them. Every time you have been asked about what you have tried, the answer was handbrake

    Upgrade to the latest driver for your video board.

    How do I do this?

    I have tried opening the files from the media menu and get the same result.

    Well it takes me into my F: drive and whatever the name of the film is, none of them play without the problems I have stated.
