Then you should be able to continue using HB by renaming this file (32-bit version here) and plopping it into the same folder.

%ProgramFiles%\Handbrake\libdvdcss.dll

media, open file

point it at the iso

if vlc was associated with iso's it would work by double clicking, but your file association for iso files must point to power2go

If you're referring to the download, right-click and select Save link as... or similar; the exact wording varies between browsers.
