    post 10 suggests you've already ripped it, if thats the case, post 17 is how to play it.

    vcl win 32 bit and libdvdcss-2 but thats only 46 kb.

    there are 2 strands running on this thread, suggest you try bdlot and vlc and if you hit problems explain exactly what you have done.

    The dvd has already been ripped using handbrake. Is there a reason why that wont play?

    bdlot will not allow me to view the film only burn another copy.

    bdlot will allow you to save to iso, and will remove copy protection, which could be why it's pixelated.
