Which means I can now have a stab at answering your previous question.
Right-click the shortcut to HandBrake, select Properties and examine the contents of the box labelled Target. If it includes the text "Program Files (x86)" it is likely to be 32-bit; if it's just "Program Files" there's a good chance it's 64-bit.0 -
