Here goes...
Right-click this, select Save target as... and navigate to C:\Program Files\Handbrake\ from within the Save As dialog box. Remove the last two characters from the File name, hit Save and you should have a copy of libdvdcss.dll to call your very own.0 -

Why not just use VLC to rip

NB you need to tick the No dvd menus box shown in the Open Media window

I was hoping we could get this done with the minimum of effort. HB is already there - all it needs is that little ~40KB file which we're having so much difficulty with!0
