I have lost another 4lbs this week.
Total weight loss so far 12lbs:) and I can now fit in a size 12.
Had to go to a birthday party yesterday and had nothing to wear. Went to Matalan and saw a great dress which was reduced from £25 to £10. I really loved the dress and they had 2 styles so I brought one of each. I also had a 10% discount card so they worked out at only £9 eachSmile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)

Back for a quick update.
Since my last post I have been away for 3 weeks due to my Grandfather passing away. It also turned into a holiday at the same time and it was just what I needed. The last time I visited there was 12 years ago now.
I am still trying to clear my B'card by 31st December and now have £4303.75 left to pay. This will be hard to do and I am hoping that I can still get a full and final on this one and I will then be debt freeSmile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)

Not much debt busting going on here:o
Had a flat tyre yesterday so I will now need to get 3 new tyres very soon. I really wish things like this wouldn't happen so often but what can I do? Once I clear the debt I will build up an emergency fund for times like this.
I really hope this isn't going to be a down day today, I would love to have something to smile about
I know my life really isn't that bad, but it is very boring.
I think a happy challenge is needed. Does anyone know where I can find one of those?:rotfl:

£80 paid to Barclaycard today so the balance is now £4223.75.
It feels like a very slow process now but I have save £400 so far as part of a lump sum payment in December.Smile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)

Checked on-line banking and smile had charged me £20 for my £500 overdraft. I have never been charged before but they have now changed their terms and conditions.
I did previously send a secure message to confirm if I was going to be charged and the response back was that my overdraft would be free as normal, so I was very surprised to see I was charged £20 on 4th October. Called customer services and was told that she will remove the £20 charge being as I had it in writing that it would be free but next time I will have to pay the fee if I want to keep the overdraft:D
I now use my 1st Direct account as my main account and only my ctc and child benefit go into this account so I will differently change it next year once I have finished getting rid of this debt.
They're not doing anything for me so I might as well leave:pSmile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)

It's is only 9:25am and I am already having a really bad day:eek:
I am trying so hard to keep calm and change it into a positive day but even that is becoming more difficult.
Things got so bad that when we got to school and DS2 said "Mom where is my lunch box:eek:?" all he could do was look at me and hold my hand and say "Mom, don't worry it will be ok, it doesn't matter." It was really nice that he held my hand going into school (he had stop doing this). I think he thought I was about to have a meltdown.
I really needed someone to talk to just to let it out, I don't want anyone to do anything just listen and then I should feel better, but my mom just called and asked if I was ok. I started to tell her what happened but then she asked if I could do something for her when I finish work today:(
I wouldn't normally mind but I planned to put things right which went wrong this morning after work and now it looks like I can't sort it out until much later. Why do people ask "are you ok?" if they are not really interested if you say no.
I refuse to let this day get any worse
I refuse to let this day get any worse

I refuse to let this day get any worse......
Sorry if the above makes no sense but it is either this or having a good scream out loud:D

Thanks pwps. It really didn't get much better for the rest of the day. I can't believe how hard it is to get a replacement school jumper. They are normally everywhere.
As the day got on I decided to stop stressing so much because it really wasn't helping. Diet went out the window and I took the kids to the big M after school. I just couldn't face coming home.
I even bought my first lottery ticket in ages. I'm kind of hoping that after the day I have had something amazing has to happen and winning the lottery will make it all worth it.
I am now safely tucked up in bed still alive and without any broken bones.
I am so grateful this day is over and I hope that tomorrow will be better.
