It's such an awful situation, which unfortunately seems to be getting worse day by day. I wish someone could come along and wave a magic wand! But, from what you have said, even if that wand was waved, the twins would probably not appreciate it. Afterall, you have tried having them live under your roof and tried running around in circles after them, nothing seems to work.

Legally, (bearing in mind I have no idea) can they turf out the twins from their homes? Where would they be expected to go to?

Sorry, I hope I'm not adding to your load. If that's the case, I can just delete my messages. x

It's not a good situation, but if Twin2 won't engage with the carers and you often say she won't, they can't force her.
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

she will be on the street if she looses this house. As Social have no plan to help her in any other accommodation and housing won't down size as she is in arrears. So what choice do I have? Let her live on the street?

Well I had quite a rough night again. Too much on my mind.
Have checked up on my sales on eBay and 3 of my hearts have a bid. So fingers crossed. When I get home from work I will try to take some better pictures of other makes and put them up on the website and see if I can sort out how to get my website updated and with footfall in its direction. It would make more sense if I could sell direct to my customers. Then it would only be my PayPal fees.
If of course I can get the umph to get the work done!

It seems as though you want them to have independent lives away from you yet you expect others to take them to the dentists ,food bank etc someone who has an independent life does this for themself ,If they need to be escorted permenantly then maybe special needs assisted living is needed unfortunatly there seems to be no middle ground
I find your comment regarding the carer unfair and uncalled for she works for a living and needs her job, to take your daughter could loose that for her ,her insurance may be invalid and she was not paid to do this so why should she work in her own time and use her own petrol for free not many of us can afford to do this and if you pay her then she will deffinatly invalidate her car insurance

she can take twin1 to sign on. Wasn't asking her to take her in her own time. Maybe I have a right too be fed up of double standards, changing goal posts and I have said that they should NOT be on their own for quite a while now.
Carer was due today and didn't bother to turn up.
You know I have given the benefit of the doubt and have supported the carers and the social in many occasions.
I am saying my opinion and I am sorry you think bad of me but I am tired and Fed up. In fact sometimes suicidal is just an inch away. So judge me how u like. Walk a day in my shoes.

Perhaps Tired Mum was too tired to actually read far enough back to realize the issues involved -basically the system is failing the twins -care in the community my backside !!

Tired Mum has been a reader and poster for a long time. But I am probably out of order describing the carers physical attributes. She was sat down all the time I have seen her and nothing but talking was happening. She is/was supposed to support twins in getting to appointments, reminding them of their needs, take food shopping and pay bills.
Seems I am doing her job so perhaps I should get her pay, and fuel allowances etc etc
All I wanted was for her to take twin to collect her food parcel as I was needed here at home during the time food bank was open. It's less then a cuople of miles down the road. It's only a ten minute walk. But it was to make sure she has food. A human necessity.
Never mind. When I am gone the twins will be extremely vulnerable and who will care? Care in the Community won't. I can't even get them away from the abusers, rapists and drug dealers. Heaven help them that's all I can say.
I appologise if what I am saying is unpleasant but its a fact.
