    Just not been very good!

    I know you will all probably shout at me but I am giving slimfast a wee go.

    Started it on Monday & its going well so far.

    Hope your all doin good.

    Think I need to make some 0pp soup these nights seem to be getting colder!!!!

    Whatever works for you dolly ;) although my only concern is when you eat normally the weight will come back on. ww is about retraining yourself to eat healthily rather than cut everything out in favour of a supplement meal ;)
    I went for my meal and had a lovely time although i went for a garlic bread with tomato instead of cheese on top and palmed some chips off on my fella :o still had way over my dailies though but it's my first treat in 7 weeks so i will forgive myself :D
    Had a look on the Ask menu (Italian) for tomorrow and it's not looking good :o everything is high in calories :eek: weigh in on monday too :eek::o

  • Doh. Only lost 0.6 of a lb this week. It has not been good. Still, it is still a loss, and I do know where to make the changes, so it isn't all bad. Less than 2lb to a whole stone lost, so I can do this! Determined. Have a good week all!

    not been on for a while but am still trying to fight the good fight. I haven't been feeling too good and that has made it hard to stick to the plan but I haven't been doing too badly. Somehow lost 4.8lbs this week. More luck than judgement I think as my eating has been rather erratic and not very healthy. I am hoping I manage to keep it off though!

    I also gave up alcohol for lent and am doing Ok so far!

    I put half a pound on :o not bad though considering two meals out ;)
    back on track now and hope to lose a pound to make it a stone off :T

    Hi all, just wanted to let you know that I haven't jumped ship, I had septorhinoplasty yesterday so spent last week just trying to eat as much healthy food as possible because the op was originally supposed to happen in December but was postponed as I was ill. Now I'm just eating what I can stomach. I'm not allowed warm or spicy foods as it will lead to bleeding, and chewing is quite difficult. I am determined to get back on it as soon as I'm able though! Good luck to you all, keep fighting the good fight!xx

    Faybee - I hope you are feeling much better again soon! I expect the last thing you feel like doing is dieting

    I've been reading but not posting......in a bit of a dip at the moment, I just don't seem to have the oomph to do anything much, food, housework.......meh!!!

    BUT I have some money in my paypal account so I thought I would get a couple of the WW cookbooks from e*ay and that might help ficus me again. And I might consider ditching the online membership and go to group as that might spur me on again! I'm halfway through my overall weight loss I think, just not going anywhere with it at the moment and can't seem to motivate myself either!

    I had a job interview today (I'm a SAHM) and I had to go and buy some clothes and got a fab pair of suit trousers in M&S which fit, albeit a bit snuggly, but are a 14! Woo hoo......really ought to use this as my kick up the bum really, as I was sure I'd need a 16. So that's progress, my shape is certainly changing even though the weight loss has plateaued.

    Enough waffling.....I hope you are all well. Speak soon xxxxx

    Hi all. Weekly thread check in! :)

    I have lost 2lb this week, taking me to 1stone 1lb overall and I have set a new goal weight. Pretty pleased, though kinda wish it had been a bit more this week. Worked out four evenings, but I did have some cake! Lol. Didn't manage to eat all my weeklies either this week.

    My shape is definitely changing, as are my energy levels.

    Hope eveyone else is doing well!

    Well done, 2lb is great.

    Unfortunately I've put 1.2lb on this week. Fell off the wagon and had a few drinks and ate a load of rubbish. Going for a Chinese on Wednesday so need to behave the rest of the week if I'm to have any chance of losing anything.
