Hi Lizzie and welcome the more the merrier hope you have a loss.
I have lost a pound this week it seems to have slowed down now but i have lost every week so i can't complain! 11Ib in 5 weeks and i feel a whole lot better for it.
Good luck for this week everyone.

Thanks jansus :):):)11lbs in 5 weeks is a great weight loss!

Rae reaching a plateau is hard. Maybe create some new recipes for a bit of diversity.
If you google weightwatchers recipes there are lots of tasty recipes on line. I've started looking at vegan ones. all pointed, and hope to make some new dishes from there.

    Tea was
    2 seeded wholemeal toast 8
    small tin spag hoops 2
    margarine 2
    Almond milk 1

    Total 13 points
Total for the day up to now: 18

Off to get weighed in 10 mins...just had my tea though. Was that a good idea? Should I have had it when I got back? I'll soon see.
Hope everyone has had a good day.

  • well done loosers, <<hugs>> to gainers/ sts's.

I've weighed myself properly today (as opposed to with clothes on last week) and am 10lb so was a pretty good guess at 10.1 last week.

I don't think I am even going to track this week as I know it will be appaling :
today: pizza with DS2 while out shopping at lunch time. (but i was good and only had fishfinger salad for tea.
tomorrow: my daddy is coming to see me - pub tea - it was 45 points last time we went!!!
Thursday: valentines day - not sure what we having yet - we don't really do romantic but I am planning sausage, egg and chips.
    sunday: will be a roast.

So although I'll be good and have salad/ a sandwich for lunches and cereal for brekkie

Unfortunatly you know when you get really nasty salad - well my current lettuce/ cucumber just tastes earthy and really unappealing.
loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:
  • Yay I've lost 3 and half pounds. So pleased :j
    Since I got back I've had a
    strawberry milkshake 3
    2 pinched chips 1 (naughty)
    Total for the day 22.
Going to have 3 slices of ww bread toasted and a brew
for my supper to make my 26 for the day.
Off to do some crochet now and relax.
    Hugs

    :T:T:T I lost 2 lbs :T:T:T

Very pleased at that, I did track, I used all my dailies, all my weeklies and 2 of my activity points as well ;)

Might not do so well this week as I have my grandchildren staying this weekend:eek: they tire me out and then I go and eat carbs!! I will try hard for the rest of the week though.

Well done to all the losers and :grouphug: to the STSers and gainers.

Dizzy - have a look on the WWers veggie board, there are quite a few vegans on there, lots of meal ideas and one of the girls has a link in her signature to a veggie recipe swap, I go on there a lot :)

:T Well done rockie. I'll have a look on the WW forum, cheers.

    Today I've had
    Late breakfast
    cornflakes & almond milk 6
    garlic bread slice 3
    Total 9 up to now.

I am hungry but don't know what I fancy. Everyone here is chomping into pizzas, hence me having a garlic slice.
Will have to go in the kitchen after and throw something together soon.
    Hope everyone is doing well

  • Hi laydees am so happy to announce I have lost 2lbs :j OMG I really needed that! There was a moment when I nearly blew it all - we had fish & chips and had planned to have the in laws round for dinner last night and I almost thought "blow it" but reminded myself how disappointing it has been sts or ganing each week. So I pulled it back from the ebyss! So I still had roast lamb last night, but had lots of veg instead of potatoes & yorkies. And I just had a mouthful of chocolate fudge cake. Am sooooooooo happy.

Thank you for inspiring me :D

And remember lizzie you have to have all your points for it to work ;)
I have had a few days of temptation ...i went to the chippy for my children it smelt bliss :o but i came home and made myself a spag bol from a recipe from the ww website :A
And today i did the almost fatal thing of shopping on an empty stomache  i looked at the ready made sandwiches but they were 8 points :o so i stood firm and waited until i came home and made my own for 5 points :T it's hard some days but worth the effort hopefully :)
    good luck everyone :T:T
