Wow well don Garedenia that's a brilliant loss :T
Sorry you're struggling rae it's disappointing when you've been good all week and not seen much to show for it, but half a pound off is better than half a pound on. Keep going and pointing, you will get there. :)

i've failed miserably this week (be interesting to see what the scales say tomorrow).

Had to eat out a couple of days due to forgetting my lunch, training for work and the urge to go to the pub for tea (not had takeaway/ pub or restaurant food since VERY early january).
Have 0 daily's and -2 weekly's left and still got tonight roast dinner to eat.

tho technically I got to 'goal' last week but it was still out my BMI so I just want to loose that little bit more.

  • Well done on the amazin losses!!!

I'm skipping WI this week I have been so bad.

Hope you are all well - will check in later in the week.

  • Keep going, everyone. The great thing about WW is you are essentially resetting your points each day, so a couple of bad days doesn't mean you are doomed - can always start again. :)

well I weighed myself this morning - tho I was in a rush so fully clothed instead of in the nude.
I therefore took off 2lb to allow for this (a quick google suggests this is about right) and YAY - despite an appaling week I have not lost OR gained weight :D:j

wonder how many activity points running around a play centre with an almost 2yr old is?

I have lost 1lb this week so i'm pleased as i thought not eating with a cold would have affected my weight loss.
Been on the plan one month now and i have lost a grand total of 10lb :j more than happy with that :)

I gave in and signed up at another meeting:o but was mildly pleased to find I'd only gained 1lb since my last official WI a month ago :)
I am 10lbs over my goal weight so need to lose 5 before I can go for free again :money: Motivation!!

I am actually feeling motivated now so will see if I can stick to it for a full week this time :rotfl:

Well done to all you losers and keep trying all those WWers who are struggling, you will get there!!
  • I am on late shifts this week & it is causing me serious dieting issues!

  • ah laydees its so motivating reading your posts! Feeling a little annoyed with myself as I have been on ww for a month also and have lost nothing! To be fair I know exactly why and am back on the horse again. today is the start of my ww week and I have only had 1 of my weekly points, tracked all day, resisted detouring for a packet of crisps on the way home. So just need to keep it like this! Going to a friend's for dinner on Friday but she is very healthy and I will have my weeklies! Determined!!! x
