I have also found raw carrots to be very satisfying in the afternoon if you can believe. A carrot and then a pink lady apple and I am set :-)DF as at 30/12/16

Grrr stayed the same this week. I have stuck to my points and exercised but I have been playing the system a bit and having quite a few treats within my points so I know what to do this week! Saying that, it's my birthday next Friday so I will be saving a few weeklies for cake and booze. And it's Valentine's day the day before so I imagine I'll be using some then too! My plan at the start of January was to be 151lbs by my birthday and I'm 150 lbs now so I can't complain really :-) hope everyone's still feeling motivated and doing well.0

Could I join in please? I started back at ww last week. I'm a gold member and first started after I had my dd 22 years ago! Have also 2 grown up sons. My goal weight then was 8 stone and I'm 9 stone 2lbs now so I kept within a stone ish range but as I've got older it seems to be creeping on without me noticing!
I'm being a Matron of Honour in May and the bride to be is having 3 different hen do's (we couldn't choose so decided to do them all) so I'd like to get it off by then.
I'm also a vegan and had got into bad habits, biscuits, bread etc
Have ate healthier this week than I have for a loooong time.
Had a lie in this morning as off for half term so had a late lunch.
I'm going to keep track on here and post my meals and I'd love to read how everyone else is doing mealwise etc.

My weigh in is tonight and I'm hoping for a loss. I've stuck to it religiously but I don't mind even if it's a pound I've lost as long as it's going in the right direction

I have lost a pound this week it seems to have slowed down now but i have lost every week so i can't complain! 11Ib in 5 weeks and i feel a whole lot better for it.

I put on a pound this week, which isn't too bad as I have lost my mojo!!! I just seem to have plateaued and can't get past where I'm at now. Must be good this week and will try and go for a swim on Weds and Thurs.
Slow and steady wins the race.......at least I hope it does!!!
