Had a lovely tea this evening - made homemade sticky sweet and sour chicken with hm egg fried rice
haven't moved since! I've been writing a blog post with a lemon drizzle cake recipe that will go up tomorrow, if anyone wants to look at that
Another NSD today; took a salad and yogurt for lunchwith some cuppas as well! I think I'm going to like Thursdays
which is better than last year as Thursdays were awful
I'm glad it's Friday tomorrowBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

It's Friday :j :j :j
I treated myself to lunch today as a little treat for getting through the first week. Bought a tuna sandwich - I know how to party
Me and DH are going out tonight which I'm really looking forward to - it means I don't have to think about cooking and also we get to see some of our friends, which will be lovely
The lemon drizzle cake recipe is up on my blog now if anyone wants to take a lookit's really easy to make and tastes great!
Have a good evening everyoneBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Met some girls from uni today for a day and it's been lovely
I've eaten more than I should have
but never mind...
I managed not to spend too much - in fact, the only thing I bought (apart from food) was a new make up brush as mine has gone all yucky and horrible. So pleased with thatI also bought DH a little treat as I'd be out all day.
This week is hopefully going to be a NSD week - got all food bought and we've not got anything planned. Here's to 5 spend free days! Got enough petrol in the tank too
Right, I need to make a cuppa before strictly startsBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Two days done already! The time does go fast when the term starts. Not that that's a bad thing
Another NSD for me today - I took a salad and yogurt for lunch so didn't need to buy anything. I'm going to change it up (I know, the excitement...!) and take soup for lunch tomorrow. I'm looking forward to the colder days when soup and stews become the norm - I definitely am more of a winter person!
I posted a blog post today about 5 things that make me stressed. Since going back to work I've noticed my anxiety levels have been higher so I've been trying to identify what's making me stressed. Feel free to have a read

I'm right with you on the anxiety levels rising.
Some of the staff at school have been very supportive, others don't understand why I was off for so long (well, I wasn't actually off for that long really, just half the time they weren't at work either)
My anxiety levels rise when I start to second guess what other people think of me, I'm aware it's an issue and I try really hard not to listen to myself, but it's not easy...
Take a deep breath and if you haven't looked at some things on mindfulness I really recommend it.
