  • Sorry you are feeling tearful. Been like that myself since Friday :( I hope you manage to sort it out tomorrow. Get some sleep as everything is usually better after a good sleep. Yay for the NSD. I dont think I have EVER had one of those :(

Today has been much better and the thing that happened yesterday has been sorted so I feel much better about that. I didn't sleep very well last night for worrying about things, so I'm aiming for an early night.

It hasn't been a NSD today; I've ordered my grandma some flowers for her birthday which will be delivered, plus a card and some chocolates :) she'll like those :)

Tomorrow's the day which will be the biggest shock to the system - all 5 lessons plus things after school til 5pm! So, no break from when we start at 8:30am really. Ah well, nothing like jumping in at the deep end.

Hope everyone has had a good evening :)

Try and practice some mindfulness to reduce the churning round your head and overthinking of the situation.
Last night made me miss being a member of a gym, as I could have took out my frustration on the machines. Ah well. Thanks for stopping by :)

Hope everything is okay for you. NSDs take some planning but I think they're addictive once you get the hang of them!

    Glad everything was resolved.

I hate that feeling when you have something hanging over you and can't sleep.

These things nearly always get sorted out just fine, but it doesn't stop the worry - I've been there many times in the past.

Today has been a much better day :) it went incredibly quickly, but I've met some of my new classes and they seem okay :) some interesting characters in there!

It's been a NSD too; I took a chicken salad for lunch and a yoghurt which was tasty. It won't be long before I start taking soups for lunch, but salad is good for now.

Not much else to report - just enjoying bake off!

Nope, only those two days! I keep getting strange tastes in my mouth but not metallic anymore. Very strange!
